 Online Support Services



For customers who have purchased our products, they will enjoy the online support service within 90 days from the date of product delivery. Our application engineers will make an online meeting with customers for service support.


Service content:

1. Online support for product unpacking, installation and calibration.

2. Answer questions about product use.

 

Duration of service:

Within 90 days from the date of product delivery.

 

Service mode:

Make an appointment for 1-3 online meetings according to the customer's time.

 

Service acquisition:

After you purchase and deliver the product, our application engineers will contact you as soon as possible to provide professional online support services.

 

Warranty Service



Under the condition of normal frequency, correct operation and expected use, the following warranty services shall be available for one (1) year after the delivery of the product.

 

Service content:

1. If the product fails to operate normally due to production or its own problems, the customer can contact us and submit relevant documents to explain the product failure. Within the warranty period, we will provide corresponding product maintenance according to the type of product failure.

2. If the product is damaged or defective during transportation, we can replace it.

3. The product maintenance provided by us and the maintenance and transportation costs arising from the transportation damage replacement service shall be borne by our company.

Warranty Instruction



Warranty service rights owner:

The warranty right is only owned by the original purchaser of the products. Not transferable to third parties, only applicable to the original purchaser.

 

Scope of warranty:

The warranty applies to products produced by the company and sold by its authorized dealers. The products covered by the service include modules.

 

Normal service life of the product:

It has been subjected to rigorous stress test and can continue to operate for 3 years.

 

Product warranty period:

It lasts for 12 months from the date of product delivery.

If your product needs to be replaced, your warranty period will last for 12 months from the date of delivery of the replaced product.

 

What is not covered by the warranty?

If the cause of product failure is due to misuse, negligence of operation, improper use, abuse, force majeure accidents, man-made damage, mechanical changes, improper storage, maintenance errors, integration into other brand system equipment or any third-party modification and other non-factory problems of our products, such problems are not within the guarantee scope of after-sales care free service, please understand.
